The mission of our website is to present for home cooking a collection of wellknown main course recipes from different countries. These recipes have achieved an international stature due to their great deal of popularity. They are sold in restaurants in many countries including most western countries. They can be pretty well standardized. Our objective is to start with 4-6 recipes and add more recipes as they are identified and are feasible within the general scope of our effort.
Presented recipes are intended for home cooking. It is generally accepted that there is a lot of art in cooking, and one may improvise. However, for the presented recipes we are relying on the scientific method, i.e. each recipe is reproducible and will taste just as delicious when prepared by someone else as it did when we prepared the video. The instructions are easy to follow and do not require any specialized equipment or knowledge. Also, combining science, art and improvisation may yield better results for one's taste.
